Plot

Takemichi decides to go back to the past again to stop Mikey from turning evil and prevent the downfall of the Tokyo Manji Gang.

However, he soon realizes that he is not the only one who can time travel. He encounters two other time-leapers who have their own agendas and motives. He also faces a new enemy in the form of Yokohama Tenjiku, a powerful and ruthless gang that has a mysterious connection to Mikey’s past.
