Talking about the story of this movie then, DJ Tillu is based on the life of a young man named Bala Gangadhar Tilak, who is famous as DJ Tillu. Let me tell you that, the character of DJ Tillu is played by Siddhu Jonnalagadda. One day, Tillu met Radhika (played by Neha Shetty) in a club. He also asked Radhika for a drink.
After some time, DJ drops Radhika at her apartment. While strolling towards her loft, she calls her sweetheart, Rohit, yet she hears one more young lady with him and affirms that he is cheating on her. Later, she decided to break up with Rohit and started a new relationship with DJ Tillu. Half a month passes by and on Tillu’s birthday, Rohit shows pictures of Radhika and Tillu together and he chooses to uncover them.

Radhika then again spills about the undertaking that Rohit was having and she chooses to leave the apartment. She then, at that point, goes into her space to pack her baggage, and Rohit, loaded with outrage and desire, attempts to attack her. Radhika then, at that point, calls Tillu and advises him to come to her loft and he does so leaving his party.
