Release Date of The Demon Slayer Season 4

The best way to enjoy the season is to watch it with fresh eyes and an open mind.
However, if you don’t mind spoilers, or if you have already read the manga or watched the movie, you can continue reading this section, where we will give you a brief overview of the storyline and the ending explanation of Demon Slayer Season 4.
The Hashira Training arc begins right after the events of the Swordsmith Village arc, where Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Inosuke, and Genya fought against the Upper Rank 6 demon, Gyokko, and the Upper Rank 5 demon, Hantengu. The battle was fierce and brutal, and resulted in the deaths of Genya and the Mist Hashira, Muichiro Tokito. Tanjiro also lost his sword, which was broken by Hantengu, and suffered severe injuries, including a scar on his forehead that changed his eye color to red.
What is the storyline of the anime?
After the battle, Tanjiro and his friends are taken to the Butterfly Mansion, where they are treated by the medical team led by the Insect Hashira, Shinobu Kocho. There, they also meet Kanao Tsuyuri, Shinobu’s adopted sister and a fellow demon slayer, who has a crush on Tanjiro. Tanjiro learns that his sword has been sent to the swordsmiths’ village for repairs, and that he will have to explain the damage to his swordsmith, Hotaru Haganezuka, who is known for his temper and eccentricity.
Meanwhile, the Demon Slayer Corps holds a meeting to discuss the recent events and the future plans. The leader of the corps, Kagaya Ubuyashiki, praises Tanjiro and his friends for their achievements, and reveals that he has a terminal illness that will soon claim his life. He also announces that he has a plan to defeat Muzan once and for all, and that he needs the cooperation of all the Hashira and the surviving members of the Swordsmith Village arc.
The plan is to launch a surprise attack on Muzan and the remaining Upper Ranks, who are hiding in a secret location. To do so, the corps will use a special drug developed by Shinobu and her sister, Kanae, who was killed by the Upper Rank 2 demon, Doma. The drug is designed to weaken Muzan’s cells and prevent him from regenerating, making him vulnerable to the sun. However, the drug is not yet complete, and Shinobu needs more time and materials to finish it.
Therefore, Ubuyashiki asks the Hashira to train Tanjiro and his friends, and to prepare them for the final battle. He assigns each of them to a different Hashira, based on their breathing techniques and affinities. Tanjiro is paired with the Stone Hashira, Gyomei Himejima, who is the strongest and the oldest of the Hashira.
Zenitsu is paired with the Sound Hashira, Tengen Uzui, who is a former ninja and a master of sound-based attacks. Inosuke is paired with the Serpent Hashira, Obanai Iguro, who is a skilled swordsman and a snake charmer. And Kanao is paired with the Love Hashira, Mitsuri Kanroji, who is a cheerful and bubbly girl with superhuman strength and speed.
The Hashira Training arc follows the adventures and challenges of Tanjiro and his friends as they train under the Hashira, and learn new skills and secrets. They also bond with their mentors, and discover more about their pasts and personalities. Along the way, they also encounter some new allies and enemies, such as the mysterious boy with a scarred face, who claims to be the descendant of Yoriichi Tsugikuni, the first and the strongest demon slayer in history; and the Upper Rank 4 demon, Nakime, who has the ability to manipulate space and create portals.

What happened at the end of season 3?
The ending of the manga, and the anime, is a controversial and emotional one, as it involves the deaths of many beloved characters, the defeat of Muzan, and the fate of Tanjiro and Nezuko. We won’t spoil the details here, but we will say that the ending is a bittersweet one, that leaves some questions unanswered, and some fans unsatisfied. However, the ending also offers some hope and closure, and celebrates the themes of friendship, family, and courage that have defined the series.
The arc ends with the completion of the drug, and the discovery of Muzan’s location by the corps’ spy, Tamayo, a former demon who has turned against Muzan. The corps mobilizes all its forces, and launches the attack on Muzan’s hideout, where the final battle begins. This leads to the next and the last arc of the manga, the Sunrise Countdown arc, which will be adapted in the fifth and the final season of the anime.
