Recap of Episodes 1-13

Takemichi returns to the present after saving Draken from being killed in the past. He reunites with Hinata, who is alive and well, and learns that Naoto is now a police officer. He also finds out that the Tokyo Manji Gang has become the most powerful gang in Japan, led by Mikey and Kisaki, and that they are responsible for many crimes and murders, including Hinata’s parents. Takemichi decides to go back to the past and stop Kisaki from joining the Tokyo Manji Gang.
Takemichi goes back to the past, where he meets Akkun, who is now a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang. Akkun tells him that Kisaki joined the gang after the Bloody Halloween incident, where he betrayed the Valhalla and helped Mikey defeat Hanma. Akkun also tells him that Kisaki has a plan to kill Baji, one of the founding members of the Tokyo Manji Gang, and that he has to stop him. Takemichi joins the gang as a spy, and meets Baji, who is in hiding with his friend Kazutora.
Takemichi learns that Baji and Kazutora have a history with Mikey, and that they were once his best friends. He also learns that Kazutora was the one who killed Mikey’s older brother, Shinichiro, in an accident, and that he blames Mikey for it.
Takemichi tries to convince Baji and Kazutora to return to the Tokyo Manji Gang, but they refuse. Takemichi then witnesses Kisaki’s plan to kill Baji, which involves framing him for the murder of the leader of the Moebius, another rival gang.
Takemichi saves Baji from being killed by Kisaki, and reveals his identity as a time traveler. He tells him that he wants to change the future, and that he needs his help to stop Kisaki. Baji agrees to cooperate with him, and tells him that he has a plan to expose Kisaki’s true nature to Mikey. He also tells him that he has to find the person who gave Kisaki the power to time travel, and that he is the key to everything.
