Cedella Marley
Cedella Marley is the first biological child of Bob and Marley, born on August 23, 1967. She is named after Bob’s mother, Cedella Booker. Cedella was also a member of Ziggy Marley and the Melody Makers, and sang lead vocals on some of their songs, such as “Tomorrow People” and “Tumblin’ Down”. She also launched a solo career, releasing the albums Good Girls Cult and Hey World in 1995 and 1996, respectively.
Cedella is also a fashion designer, author, entrepreneur, and philanthropist. She founded the clothing line Catch a Fire, inspired by her father’s music and style.
