Storyline & Plot
As per Wikipedia, the story of this movie is based on Kabaddi sports. Poththaari (played by Rajkiran) is a former kabaddi player. Chinnadurai(played by Atharvaa) instructs a Kabbadi player about his grandfather Potheri (played by Rajkiran) and the honors he has bestowed upon his hometown. Even though Chinnadurai, Potheri’s second wife’s grandson, does not get along well with his grandfather, Potheri, or any of his immediate family members, he has never let anyone disrespect Potheri.
In the meantime, Chellaiya, one of Potheri’s grandchildren, is chosen to play in the pro-Kabbadi league, fulfilling a wish for many players in the town. One of his team members devises a plan to defame Pothari, who is still a source of pride for many, and disrupt Chellaiya’s peace. Even the villagers label Chellaiya as a traitor after the man achieves success. As a result, Chellaiya is forced to make a life-altering choice. Watch the full movie to know what happens next.
