In 2019 after getting drafted to Adelaide Crows Fischer was congratulated by his school for getting selected in the 2019 Caulfield Grammar APS Premiership. He was the No.6 pick in the 2019 draft. He then played 10 games for the Crows in 2020. After that, he remained away from his game. In November 2021 he took a long personal leave from the team officials. In 2023 he was all set to play 2023 but finally said quit on the game.
