Main Scenario Quests
FFXIV Patch 6.55 will add three new main scenario quests, which will wrap up the events of the Thirteenth and the First, and lead the Warrior of Light to a new destination: the moon. The quests are:
- When One Door Closes…: The quest will start in Radz-at-Han, and you will need to talk to Varshahn. You will need to be level 90 and have completed the previous main scenario quest, Growing Light.

- Tataru’s Grand Endeavor: The patch will also continue the questline that follows the efforts of Tataru, the Scions’ receptionist, to raise funds for their cause. The patch will add two new quests: Treasured Bonds, and ???. You will need to be level 90 and have completed the previous Tataru quest, Forever in Our Hearts, as well as the main scenario quest, Growing Light. The quests will start in Old Sharlayan, and you will need to talk to Mehdjina and ???, respectively.
- Island Sanctuary: The patch will also introduce a new feature called the Island Sanctuary, which will allow you to enjoy a relaxing life on a remote island, where you can raise animals, grow crops, craft items, and more. The patch will add one new quest: Where Worries Melt Away. You will need to be level 1 and have completed the main scenario quest, Growing Light, as well as the side story quest, The Sweetest Thing. The quest will start on an unnamed island, and you will need to talk to a Curious Courier.

New Trial
FFXIV Patch 6.55 will also add a new trial, which will be the final challenge of the Shadowbringers expansion. The trial is:
