New Delhi – India’s Biological E will produce the Johnson & Johnson (J&J) COVID-19 vaccine along with its candidate. India’s biological E will be producing the J&J COVID vaccine. As India grapples with COVID-19, Johnson and Johnson Vaccine will be produced by the biological E. Johnson and Johnson (J&J) is a foreign company, the COVID-19 vaccine will be produced by Biological E, it’s an Indian company.
J&J will be produced alongside the biological E’s vaccine. So, this is a collaboration that is much needed at this particular point in time. And obviously, given the fact that India’s old domestic consumption and domestic needs have grown up by leaps and bounds owing to the spike in the number of cases and the high positivity rate.
Hence, there is a need obviously to collaborate with foreign companies and produce more and more COVID-19 vaccines. We have the Serum Institute of India, also producing the vaccines, but obviously, as we know it’s not enough as per the needs that we are finding these days.
