Delhi Police To Book Sushil Kumar Under IT Act ‘Phone & Internet Used For Threats’

New Delhi – Delhi police is to book wrestler Sushil Kumar under the IT Act. The IT act will be imposed on Sushil Kumar. His phone and internet were used to threaten this wrestler community and a murder video was filmed and sent to others. The IT act is now going to be added to the FIR which has already been registered against Sushil Kumar.

Wrestler Sushil Kumar will be facing more trouble as far as the pieces of evidence are concerned, we have been told that the IT act may be imposed on Sushil Kumar as far as the tempering of pieces of evidence is concerned.

When he was on the run, while not being nabbed by the Delhi police crime branch, it was said that he tried to use the internet as well as you know, he was using modern technology, for speaking to their associates and the action is taken against those who are involved in this organized crime.

We’ve been told that MCOCA can be also imposed against Sushil Kumar when he was on run in Haryana and Rajasthan. He will not be able to get bail easily in the provisions of and there are also provisions of life imprisonment. After the MCOCA has been imposed, investigative agencies can file a charge sheet for up to six months in MCOCA as well.

And, looking at all the pieces of evidence remember the high court hearing is well in Delhi only court, which has been said that what Delhi police is using as far as the gathering of pieces of evidence are concerned. The day before yesterday, he was taken to Haridwar in Uttrakhand where the Delhi police tried to seize his mobile phone and his clothes but nothing has been gathered so far.

The weapon of this murder is also not been able to be gathered by the Delhi police crime branch which is a serious concern for them. Therefore, now, more imposition of acts could be done as far as Sushil Kumar is concerned.
