Methagu (2021) Movie Download: Methagu (2021) movie is an Indian-Tamilian historical and biopic movie. It was directed and written by T. Kittu. The movie is based on true events, which were happened in Sri Lanka. It shows the struggle of Tamils in Sri Lanka. In the late 20th century, when Sri Lanka announced Sinhala as their official language, then the minority Tamil residents feel that it is an injustice to them. Tamil politicians said that Tamil should be the official language of the provinces where the Tamil population is high. Some residents of Sri Lanka didn’t like the idea and protest against it. Velupillai Prabhakaran, who was just a child, faced racism in Sri Lanka. The Tamil started a non-violence protest but nothing works.
Tamils wanted to conduct a seminar but the leading parties of Sri Lanka did not allow them. On this, Tamil conduct the seminar without permission and Police attacked them. Many were killed and injured. Later, Prabhakaran decided to join the other protest which believed in violation. When he completely involved in the Tamil protest, he formed his own group under the name ‘Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE)’. The whole film revolves around the biography of LTTE leader ‘Velupillai Prabhakaran’.
