According to the reports, it is the remake of the Malayalam language film named ‘Joseph (2018)’, which was directed by M Padmakumar. The movie ‘Shekar (2022)’ is directed and produced by a renowned filmmaker named Jeevitha Rajashekhar. It shows that a retired policeman (played by Rajasekhar) is a very brilliant and smart officer. He got separated from his wife, who later married his friend. As time passed, Rajasekhar finds out about the death of his ex-wife and was rushed to the hospital. His friend found out that Rajasekhar still loves his ex-wife and decided to find out about the reason for their separation.
On this, Rajasekhar shared that once he went to a crime scene and later found that his ex-lover was murdered. Afterward, he began drinking alcohol and it is the reason for his separation from his wife. Afterward, Rajasekhar and his friend began solving the murder mystery of his ex-wife. As per the sources, the film is produced by MLV Satyanarayana under the production house of Pegasus Cinecorp. The work of cinematography is done by Mallikarjun Naragani.
