Priyanka Gandhi asks EC to take decisive action. The Election Commission is now ordered re-polling at one booth. Re-polling is going to be done at a polling station of 149 of Ratabari seat.
This is where the EVM was transported in a BJP candidate’s car. After this controversy, the poll panel has issued a show-cause notice to the Presiding Officer for violating the transport protocol. 4 poll officers have already been suspended along with seeking a detailed report. According to sources, the Election Commission said their car had broken down last night.

Hence they took a lift from a passing car, which later turned out to be Krishnendu Paul BJP candidate’s car. Meanwhile, Congress has trained its guns at the BJP. Priyanka Gandhi has based this question asking as to why BJP leader’s cars are always involved in such incidents. Rahul Gandhi to his question, the BJP is in tension over this matter. Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi has accused the BJP of looting an electronic voting machine.

The chief minister is not answering any of those direct questions that the media put at him today. This EVM machine has been called a loot essentially by Congress. This EVM was found in BJP candidate Krishnendu Paul’s car in Patharkandi on Thursday night. The car belongs to a BJP candidate who goes by the name of Krishnendu Paul.
No Election Commission official or security was present in this particular car in which the EVM was found. Locals intercepted the car. The driver then ran away.
