New Delhi – Prime Minister Narendra Modi has launched 5g services in 13 cities in India. The 5g spectrum is launched by the Prime Minister to progressively cover the entire nation in the next two years. Currently, in India of course, there are three service providers who are offering the 5g technologies.
These include Reliance Jio, Bharti, Airtel, and Vodafone Idea. Where Reliance Jio is set to launch 5g for the masses, by this Diwali. Bharti Airtel is expected to make the services available sometime early next year.
With China currently in the need of 5g technologies and Chinese giant Huawei holding 20% of the world’s Patents the race for 5g Tech is on and India is the latest disrupter.
What will the 5g rollout mean for the nation and when can we really expect it to be available to us? What really are the emerging technologies that will now benefit from this historic New spectrum? That’s going to be our focus today.
What is really the awareness around 5g At this point in time? And are people excited to try out this new technology?
Well, definitely we see that after the lockdown and the pandemic that hit the globe, and especially India, there was this sort of dependency that people had on the internet and technology and I think this is something that has made people more aware of the technology.
India All Set For 5G Boost
And now that 5g has come into existence and was launched today by the Prime Minister of India, we see that now, the awareness in regards to the technology has been far more than it was before. We see that the 5g technology is set to be 30% more in terms of speed compared to the 4g and also it will be helpful not only to people on a very personal level but also as well for the commercial purpose and also to the companies we see for the MNCs it will be very important for them to create and innovate new technology and for their growth into the industry.

If we talk about the economic growth or India’s growth in terms of technology has been immense in the last few years, where we see that in regards to 5g now that it has been launched.

Now, talking about the education sector, we see that he also connected to students and to schools across towns and ruler areas. And I think this is something that is very important in today’s time, where we see urban places that already some access to the technology where we see that people are already aware of its users and it and how its users further.
But if I talk about the rural areas, we see that there has been not so much awareness in regards to this, and Narendra Modi to get awareness into the same context.
He even had a video call via video conferencing he interacted with the students and also made them aware of What are 5g benefits can they get in. Now while entering the Pragati Maidan And also, we saw that cutting the ribbon here and while addressing the nation and also took a glimpse and gist of what exactly 5g can do and how is it beneficial for the nation.

It is being said that for example, if I talk about a movie download, which is of 3 GB in 4g It’s used to take around 60 minutes for that movie to be downloaded. However, if we save in 5g it can be downloaded in less than a minute.
Now, this is the power of 5g. Now if I talk about the towering process, we see that several towers will be required, which will have to be placed for 5g to be operated across the nation. However, we see that the planning is underway where in JIO already has it doesn’t have its tower across the nation in some metro cities.

We see that in regard to technology now. For example, if I talk about the attendance marking and also the artificial intelligence that people often use, in order to get the best productivity, now 5g will improve that technology as well.
While for Communication purpose, we used to say that there were often called drops, and the upload and the download speed was quite slow. Now with 5g, all of the problems can be resolved as set by the telecom operators and this can lead to a more technological progress world and also a nation.
Now we see that this is a gift that the Indians have received ahead of the Diwali festival where we see that 5g has been introduced, wherein we saw that the National Broadband commission they are tweeted a few days back on the 24th of September stating that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will be launching the 5g spectrum on the first of October and we saw today it’s happening.
Now JIO, Airtel, and Vodafone have been pitching in. The speed of the internet that they would want to serve their customers. And this we see the world is now progressing in terms of technology.
