According to the reports, this series is based on the lives of Vikram Sarabhai, who was an Indian astronomer and Physicist, and Homi J Bhabha, who was Physics professor and nuclear physicist. The series is created by Nikkhil Advani and directed by Abhay Pannu. Also, the dialouges of the film are written by Abhay Pannu and Kausar Munir. Rocket Boys (2022) film shows the immense struggle of Dr. Homi J Bhabha and Dr. Vikram Sarabhai along with Dr. A P J Abdul Kalam, Mrinalini Sarabhai, and other people to launch the first rocket in India. With a lot of hard work from the various Indian scientist, India was able to launch its first rocket in 1963. The series is produced by Madhu Bhojwani, Siddharth Roy Kapur, and Monisha Advani. The titles of the episodes are War and Peace, It’s Like Gravity, The Greater Good, A Tryst with Destiny, The Outsider, A Democratic Process, We are at War, A New Dawn, and others.
All the episodes were released on 4 February 2022 (Friday) on the famous OTT platform named ‘SonyLIV’. The work of cinematography is done by Harshvir Oberai. As per the reports, the series received very positive reviews from the critics and the public for showing the great history of India that changed its future and helped India in its development. The music department is handled by Achint Thakkar.
