He joined the LTTE rebel army after seeing the effects on the life of the victims of Back July (an anti-Tamil Riot). When Sri Lanka Army launched their operation Vadamarachchi Operation to recapture the territory of Vadamarachchi in the Jaffna peninsula from the LTTE. Mr. C.Miller was one who smashed the truck of explosives in the army of the camp of the Sri Lankan Army.
He remained famous for his efforts to help LTTE. And now a movie based on his life and death is starred by actor Dhanush. Dhanush will play the lead role of Captain which will leave a huge impact on the minds of the audience.
