Girija Tickoo (Sharda Pandit) was born in a Kashmiri Hindu Pandit family on 15 February 1969 (Saturday). Her birthplace was a village near Bandipora, Kashmir. In her family, she is the eldest girl among her siblings. She spent her childhood along with her father, mother, brother, and sister in Kashmir Valley.
Qualification:- She studied at a local government school. Later, she earned a graduate degree from Kashmir University.

How Girija Tickoo Kidnapped by Jihadi Muslim Terrorists?
In June 1990, one school administrator called Girija Tickoo to discuss her pending salary clearance and other formalities. The administrator also assured Girija that she can come back to Kashmir because the atmosphere of Kashmir is better now, and the Separatist leaders are also gone.
After this assurance, Tickoo came back to Kashmir’s house and took a salary from School. After this, she thought to meet her Muslim friends in Bandipora. But, she was not aware of the fact that a Muslim Jihadi gang was following her.
From the same Muslim friend’s house, Girija Tickoo was kidnapped by those Jihadi Separatist terrorists. The family of that Muslim friend does not show any opposition to Girija’s kidnapping. All the local people were also simply standing and watching this whole incident. No one has shown any courage to object to this kidnapping.

At that time, no Muslim helped Kashmiri Pandits Hindus because they thinks Hindus were Kafir. Due to this false narrative, no one has protected Tickoo (Sharda Pandit) from Jihadi Terrorist. Even her friend and their family do not oppose this kidnapping.

Sharda Pandit’s Body Cut into 2 Pieces with Saw Machine
After that such a painful incident happened to her, even after reading it, you will get goosebumps. The dead body of Girija was found lying on the side of a drain. The condition of her body was very bad. You will not believe, Girija Tickoo’s body was cut into 2 parts with a saw machine by Jihadi Muslims. Not a single piece of cloth was on her dead body.
If I compare it with today’s time, then in our present time we believe in the most brutal murder is Nirbhaya’s case. But, after learning about Girija Tickoo’s murder you understand that Nirbhaya’s case is very small.
Then after that post-mortem was done, before dying, many people brutely gang-raped with her. After raping her, her body was cut into two pieces with the saw machine. After this, Jihadis throw her body in the drain.
At that time, no media house covered the news story of Girija Tickoo’s death. No Human rights activist, Secular socialist, or any person has raised their voice for Girija aka Sharda Pandit’s justice at that time.
