He was known in the country for killing many people and escaping from the police prisoners’ bus. He was also arrested many times for smuggling and possession of marijuana.

He was also sentenced to 8 years imprisoned. Later, in 2005, he was life sentenced for killing a 37-year-old Jose Guadalupe Ramirez. He was ordered by Juan Lerma to kill him because he had marijuana and cocaine and he did not repay them. Afterward in 2022, he killed 5 people of the same family and fled from the location.
