Jordan North (born on 14th February 1990, age: 32 years) is a British Radio Disk Jockey, Program Host, and Radio presenter. He is best known for his work by hosting shows on BBC Radio 1. He has recently debuted as an actor by working in his self-character in the movie Double Trouble.
Earlier he has hosted many shows and TV series. Prior to 2020, he was announced as the first-runner up when he participated in the I’m a Celebrity, Get Me out of Here TV series.

Recently Jordan has made the news by announcing on his Instagram that he has started his battle of endurance in attempting to row 100 miles. He will row 100 miles between London and Burnley. Every day in the morning at 8:15 a.m he will begin on the Radio 1 Breakfast Show and will row till he makes it to the Canalside location of his 15:30 show with Vick Hope.
He is accepting this challenge in order to raise money for the charity Comic Relief and to help the people inside the UK and around the world. On the first day, he completed 20 miles and arrives later in Rugby, Warwickshire.
Speaking today, Jordan said: “I wasn’t expecting it to be easy by any stretch of the imagination but I didn’t expect day one to be as tough as it was. My hands have now blistered over and my lower back is also quite sore. I don’t want to whinge as it is only the start of the second day, but I really thought it would be Wednesday or Thursday when the pain and struggles hit me.”
For Jordan’s participation in the challenge his friend and fellow Burnley FC fan, BBC 5 live Presenter MR Tony Livesey said to the media that Jordan’s challenge is tough and difficult.
He said that he is hardly one of the great athletes. Earlier he also participated in other competitions. He added that he is sure that Mr. Jordan will succeed in his challenge.

Entering into the working with radio since his Teens Jordan is said to be a native of York, North Yorkshire, England and was born on 14th February 1990.
Growing younger and becoming aware of media and Radio telecast programs he grew up in Burnley, Lancashire while living in Harle Syke. There the eminent Radio DJ has earlier attended the St James Lane head Primary School till his 11th year of age.
He then moved to the Preston area with his family and continued his schooling there at Penwortham Priory Academy. Completing his high schooling he went to Preston’s College. Accomplishing studies under Preston’s College affiliated to the University of Sunderland he graduated with B. A. in Media Production in 2011.
Before completing his college degree his passion to connect with Radio station working has raised up and got connected with Radio Station Preston FM. He was in his teens when he started working with Preston FM. He first provided his services as a part-time worker on the Radio Station at Blackpool Pleasure Beach.
You will be amazed to know that just before completing his college degree Jordan has already won Bauer Media’s Star of 2011 competition. he also presented a show for The Hits Radio before his graduation.

The career journey that has given Jordan a separate identity and so much fame began in his teens when he started working as a part-time worker in a radio station. He then completed his graduation degree from Sunderland University started working as a researcher and producer at BBC Radio Live. Then Jordan worked for Capital North East radio station and recorded a show “Pilot”. Later he began working for the show on Capital Manchester Radio Station.
