As of November 2021, she is 37 yrs old per her birth date. Due to her parents traveling and risky lifestyle, she was raised by her grandma.

She is the granddaughter of alleged cartel leader Jose T. Perez who is the cousin of the late Griselda Blanco. She grew up in the downtown 7wd and 9wd areas of New Orleans. Kortni attended St. David Catholic School and graduated from Xavier Prep High School. After unplanned pregnancy at age 17, she waited until age 19 to attend college.
