Kulbir Naruana (born in 1981; Age: 39 years) was a native of Naruana, Bathinda, Punjab, India, and was famous for being a former Gangster who later turned into a social worker. He had more than 26 cases based on murders and other charges. Apart from this 18+ cases are pending.
Kulbir was in prison for many years and was out of jail on bail. On Wednesday (July 7, 2021) he turned into a social activist officially and promised to become a good man.
Unfortunately next day of his commitment he got shot outside his Bhatinda village in cross-firing, the shooter was identified as his own known personal close friend and member Mandeep Singh, aka Manna Sandhu Talwandi, (35). Manna is also a group member of the Lawrence Bishnoi Group.
According to the Punjab police, he came to Kulbir’s house and had a conversation with tea, after that Manna called the gangster into his SUV for a personal talk and shot him five times.

Kulbir was seriously injured and about to take to the hospital, unfortunately, he died because of several wounds. The accused fastly driven of the place and some people also tried to stop him but he ran away. During this Chamkaur Singh also got killed by Manna’s SUV. One more person named Gurpreet Singh is killed in the crossfire, which is said to be Naruana’s friend.
As per the reports and conversation with Bathinda’s SSP Bhupinderjit Singh Virk, Mandeep was arrested by the cops and currently is in hospital. In fact, he also admitted all his crimes. Although, the police are still investigating the case and the real reason for the murder. According to Manna’s Facebook post, he murdered Kulbir for revenge.

- In March 2014, he once shared the picture of himself with four more prisoners on Facebook while being in Jail. After this incident, many folks came forward to show their anger and also questioned in the police department in Punjab.
- The gangster was also caught with illegal weapons, in July 2014, and send to jail but he was released on bail. In January 2015, another case came forward, Naruana was arrested for firing at a policeman when he was trying to taking his house in custody.
- Kulbir, reportedly threw red chili powder in the eyes of policemen at Bathinda Civil Hospital in order to get a fellow member and convict, Gurwinder Bindu, freed from police custody.
