Shweta Singh is the twelfth pass-out 19 years old girl arrested by Uttrakhand and Vishal Kumar Jha who was arrested by Mumbai police from his college classroom. Vishal Kumar Jha is a civil engineering student. Shweta Singh is shared to be the mastermind in the case and supporter of the Neeraj Bishnoi.
