In his first, ever attempt at cracking UPSC Exam in 2018 Ravi got an All India Rank of 337th position. He then again appeared for the UPSC exam in 2019 it was his second attempt and at that time he got a 317 Rank.
In 2020 Ravi Kumar Sihag remained unable to clear his Prelims exam. But 2021 was his year and he finally cracked the 2021 UPSC Mock interview and got an AIR Rank 18th. When Ravi cleared his 2018 exam he got posted in Rajasthan under the IDAS(P) [Indian Defence Accounts Serivice]. Even getting posted in a good position didn’t satisfy Ravi and he kept on continuing his journey to get a rank in the Top 20 position in UPSC exams.
