Samidoh is a native of Subukia, Nakuru County. He grew up in a poor family and experience many up and down in his family life. He struggled with his studies after his parent’s death. After his birth in Subukia, Nakuru Country he relocated to Nyandarua County. To get his primary education he remained a part of the Oljororok Primary School.
He then went to join Kieni Primary School after dropping Oljororok Primary School when he was in class seven. He has his primary school certificate from Kieni Primary School and joined high school in 2004. He got his high school certificates from Oljororok Secondary School after getting transferred from Kieni Secondary School.
Later he went on to have a diploma certificate in Business Information Technology from Kenya Polytechnic University.

After losing his father at the age of three Samuel Muchoki Ndirangu faced difficulties in his life as his father’s brother threw all his family out of their home in Subukia.
Samuel Muchoki Ndirangu’s mother Mrs. Miriam Wairimu then began working as a farmer and helped her kids with their education expenses.

Career
Mr. Samidoh along with working as a singer also performs his duties as Administration Police Officer. He got this position after he met District Commissioner when he was in his college and asked for a job. He cleared the physical test in front of DC during a police recruitment exercise and got the second position in a race. He was then appointed as APO in October 2013.
He got the opportunity to get graduated from the National Police Services where he completed 15 months of training. His first service was to serve in Eastleigh, Nairobi from where he got shifted to Mpeketoni in Lamu Country, then to Dadaab in Garissa County. He also serviced in Athi River in Machakos County.
While serving in Dadaab in Garissa County he found that he could be a great singer and a musician. His skills in music that he developed at a tender age made him a great singer and musician. When he was in his school he began leading the Choir and worship team for the Christian Union.
After high school, he also remained a part of the Kamande Wa Kioi’s band as a backup vocalist where his elder brother was the drummer in the band. After working as a backup vocalist for two years, he began performing as a solo artist. And in 2016 when he launched his first solo song “Ndiri Mutwe Mwega” his life got changed as he received much love from the audience.
