On August 8, 2022, after the strict order by Chief Minister Adityanath Yogi, local officials removed all the encroachment. All encroachment that has occupied the space of the society has been removed by officers through bulldozers outside Shrikant Tyagi BJP’s house in Grand Omaxe in Noida’s Sector 93B.
Uttar Pradesh Deputy CM Brajesh Pathak said, “CM has taken cognizance of the whole case, we will not let the accused walk free. Strict action will be taken against those who break the law.”
After this bulldozer incident, another government slap that Shrikant faced is of FIR against him. A report has been registered against Shrikant under the Penal Code section 354 for assaulting women. It is a gangster act that has been raised against Tyagi.
Deputy Commissioner of Police Mr. Ranvijay Singh has shared in the press that the team has been raiding different places in Tyagi and trying to arrest him as early as possible.
