Sundari Gardens Malayalam movie introduced the character Sundari Mathews (Aparna Balamurali). Her close one calls her with a name Suma. She is a divorced woman in her 30’s. She loves to spend her night drinking vodka or a bottle of whiskey.
She gets tense about her grey hair and fatty waistline. In her daytime, she is a good lady and does a respectable job as a school librarian.
Then story introduced the other character Viktor Paul (Neeraj Madhav). He enters the same school where Suma use to be a librarian. He began his new job as English Teacher. Then Victor got impressed by Suma when she grabs a college boy who severely hit a schoolgirl with a cricket stump.
The story will attract the audience with its all classical ingredients along with romantic comedy. Later Victor and Suma develop a great friendship. Then the audience is introduced to the fact why Suma is living the life of a divorced woman. She use to be a cancer survivor.
When she spends time with Victor or shares a glass of wine she begins to come out of her trauma of divorce life. And nothing then stops her to step further in her life and achieve what she wants in her life.

IMDb has given this movie a rating of 6.2 out of 10. Actress Aparna shines in her character of Sundari. The whole movie is nicely shot and has great cinematography works.
The audience praised the performance of Aparna Balamurali. When the movie begins audience successfully maps what this movie has but still all lives to watch it till the end. Other than this sometimes the screenplay of the movie gets low but even, the audience remained able to understand what they need to show in a movie with the help of nice background music.
Though this movie has not appeared as a technically superior film nevertheless it has won the audience’s hearts and remained successful after its OTT release.
