The incident took place in Noronha’s office in IC Colony, Borivli (West), where the two men were seen talking about their plans to work together for the welfare of the people. Noronha, who had a personal enmity with Ghosalkar and was also accused of rape, cheating, and blackmail, suddenly opened fire on Ghosalkar with an illegal pistol, hitting him with four bullets.
Noronha then shot himself in the head, ending his own life. The shocking murder-suicide was captured on camera and went viral on social media. The police are investigating the motive behind the crime and the source of the weapon.
